Simple and very calm, beautiful piece :)

I feel insane every single time I'm asked to compromise
‘Cause I'm afraid and stuck in my ways and that’s the way it stays

Death has a sense of humor, not to mention must have a joy for the morning I reckon :D

In the modern world, people can't spell worth a damn, for example, they say Skythe instead of SCYTHE.

Scythe is a weapon and a tool for Harvesting

Skythe is the guy who has this little rant on this comment.....thing...

Left brain wants speed quantification. Right brain remembers the Death angel character in the Touched By An Angel TV series. Both sides applaud you enthusiastically!!! Pale indeed.

You'd better rearrange your beliefs, then.
Because you certainly can't rearrange the universe.'"

Very nicely done painting; it's definitely an unusual setting to see Death in. Thanks for letting me know about the reference. =)

When I die, I want to go peacefully, like my grandfather in his sleep... not like the screaming passengers in his car.
:iconmythee:
Seeing as I am alive, I am death's eternal rival. No matter what anyone says I'll be fighting it with a passion until the very end. BD

On another note, Death's a very fun character in the Discworld novels. But the Discworld death has very good reasons not to own a skeletal horse. xDD

ANYWAYS IT'S VERY PRETTY I LOVE YOUR PAINTING SKILLZ <3

Speed quantification like... how long it took? To which the answer would be like... 4 or 5 hours, I guess. It was a lot of off and on work, so I'm not sure.
I never saw the Touched By An Angel series, but what Sly told me about it had me chuckling.

I love Pratchett's Death character. And when I found out that he showed up in Good Omens I did a little happy dance. And yeah, I remember those reasons for not owning a skeletal horse. :D
Initially I wanted to do a partially fleshed out horse, bits of muscle, but very dessicated. But in the end I was lured away by the simple elegance of bone.

Carpe diem and thanks.
