Muffy

A portrait of ~mekoveya's wonderful dog, Muffy- who, I regret to say, I only met once. I've owed this to her for over a year now, and finally got it finished. Heh.
Originally this was going to be pen and ink, as that's what I traditionally do pet portraits in... But using black ink to draw a light-coloured, short-haired dog? Hard. Very hard. And he was looking very stripey due to the shadows. So I asked ~mekoveya if I could do it in charcoal (rather, she asked if I was already doing it in charcoal and I leaped 15ft in the air going, "Can I???"), and she said it was fine.
And she even likes it, too, which makes it better. ^.-.^
